As part of the Town of Rutherfordton it has water, sewer, maintained roads, and trash collection with fiber optic internet by AT&T. The development has paved roads, street lights, sidewalks, and a pocket park.  There are 31 houses that will be built in this development over the next three years.

Creekwood Meadows will include mostly 3-bedroom/2-bathroom houses, but there will also be some 2-bedroom/2-bathroom houses.
