Michelle is originally from Shelby and earned her education at NC State University, where she received two Bachelor of Science degrees and a Master’s degree in Physiology. She spent several years in Raleigh working in a laboratory and a medical office before relocating to Little Switzerland for two years. Michelle later married and moved to Forest City to be closer to family and friends.

Michelle pursued her passion for real estate and is an actively licensed REALTOR® with RE/MAX Journey in Rutherfordton. She remains deeply connected to the community she serves and is committed to helping others navigate important life transitions. Michelle holds the Seller Representative Specialist (SRS) designation and is a Homes for Heroes affiliate. She serves on the Foothills Realtors Association of North Carolina Community Service Committee and is an active Rutherford County Chamber member, as well as a supporter of the Chamber’s Veterans Committee.

In her downtime, Michelle enjoys being a new first-time mom to her son, Miles. Her favorite pastimes include skiing and hiking—another reason she loves living in Western North Carolina.
